Limits and exclusions

  • We cannot take asbestos, paint, hazardous or radioactive material, tires, car batteries, or refrigerant-containing appliances that have not been evacuated.
  • Cleanouts on properties in probate need authorization from whoever controls the estate.
  • Heavy masonry, concrete, and dirt loads are weight-limited and quoted separately.

Metal goes to scrap recycling rather than the landfill. Whole-property clearouts worked around probate timelines and closing dates. You mark what stays, we clear the rest and leave the space broom-clear for the realtor or the buyer. Usable furniture and household goods are routed to donation, metal and cardboard to recycling. Properties in probate need authorization from whoever controls the estate before we start.
